These terms govern your use of Verius. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them. We have tried to keep them fair and readable.
Using the service
You may use Verius to build, deploy, and run your own applications. You are responsible for your account, your content, and for making sure your use complies with applicable laws.
Your account
Keep your credentials secure and let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access. You must be at least sixteen years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to hold an account.
Acceptable use
Do not use Verius to host malware, send spam, infringe others’ rights, or attack our systems or anyone else’s. We may suspend accounts that put the platform or other customers at risk.
Your content
You own everything you create and host on Verius. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and serve it on your behalf. We claim no ownership over your work.
Availability and changes
We work hard to keep Verius available and will give reasonable notice of material changes to the service or these terms. We may update features over time as the product evolves.
Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated. On termination, you can export your data during a grace period before it is removed.
Liability
Verius is provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
