$120k base / $240k OTE + equity
We’ve gotten this far on a product people quietly recommend to each other. Now we need someone to turn that whisper into a repeatable motion — and to do it without becoming the kind of salesperson developers screenshot and mock.
What you’ll actually do
Own deals end to end, from first reply to signature. Figure out what actually closes and write it down so the next five hires inherit a system, not a mystery. Tell us the honest truth about why we lose.
You’ll fit right in if
You’ve sold technical products to technical buyers and enjoyed it. You’re comfortable being the first, the only, and occasionally the wrong one. You treat ‘no’ as information, not injury.
